We STRONGLY encourage you to use standard speed posts and we will tell you why.

Standard speed is the safest option because it travels via road. Express is targeted heavily by Law Enforcement and it gets examined with X-RAY as it needs to go through airport security measures.

If you are ordering Express to WA, NT, SA or TAS you are putting yourself at HIGH risk of it being detected. As such we DO NOT refund/reship express mail to any state or territory.

SHIPPING OPTIONS:

Please note: Insured is covered by our refund / reship guarantee whereas Uninsured is at your own risk. We DO NOT insure products that have no tracking as we cannot verify arrival. We DO NOT insure express mail as it is high risk.

Stamped Letter (Uninsured): Cheapest, safe method of shipping. This is not tracked and the slowest method can take a month.
Stamped Padded Bag for Parcel lockers (Uninsured): Cheapest, safe method of shipping. This is not tracked and the slowest method can take a month.
Standard Tracked Letter (Insured): Safe method with tracking 2-5 days usually. Can occasionally take 21 days especially to far-reaching places like WA/NT/TAS.
Standard Tracked Satchel (Insured): Safe method with tracking 2-5 days usually. Can occasionally take 21 days especially to far reaching places like WA/NT/TAS.
Express Tracked Letter (Uninsured): High-risk method 1-5 days usually. Can rarely take up to 14 days, especially to far-reaching places like WA/NT/TAS
Express Tracked Satchel (Uninsured): High risk method 1-5 days usually. Can rarely take up to 14 days, especially to far reaching places like WA/NT/TAS

Important notes: Packages are sent slim as possible. They should fit in a standard letterbox but no guarantee what your postie does.

PARCEL LOCKERS:

Auspost states they only accept parcels to these lockers. Often Express Letters arrive fine but PLEASE DO NOT order a standard tracked letter to these as WE WILL cancel your order.

We provide satchel or stamped padded bag options for a reason – please use this if you are shipping to a parcel locker.

COMBINING ORDERS:

We do not offer combined shipping options. All orders are flat rate. However, if you order multiple products at the same time we will combine it if possible.
